* The reduced registration fee is provided to all practicing physicians from Mainland China with an educational grant donated for this purpose.

Registration Types

Registration fees differ depending on the date of registration, the date of payment of the registration fee and the registration category.

Early Bird Registration

Before 16 March 2018 (HKT), Early Bird Registration Fees apply until 15.03.2018, 23:59 (HKT) Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later that the deadline for early bird registration, standard fee shall be due.

Standard Registration

Standard Registration Fees apply after 15 March 2018 until 15 June 2018. Participants who wish to register after 15 June 2018 (HKT) will have to proceed with registration on-site.

Single Registration

Registration fee for one individual registration

Group Registration

Group Registration Fees apply to group registration of 6 participants and above

Day Registration

Pre-registration online is required for all Day Registration. Please presents the confirmation email on the chosen day(s) of attendance.

On-site Registration

Opening on conference days on 22 June, 23 June, and 24 June 2018 from 0830 – 1700 daily; CASH only

Method of Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in HK Dollars (HK$) by: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or China UnionPay) or Debit Card via PayPal


Our accepted onsite payment method is CASH (payment can be settled in Hong Kong Dollars only)


Payment by cheque is not accepted.

Registration Guidelines

Registration for APAITO 2018 has to be made electronically by completion of the respective online registration form provided on the official APAITO 2018 website ( Registration forms submitted without full name, complete e-mail and postal address cannot be processed.

The participant's registration for APAITO 2018 shall only become effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by the Conference organizer, i.e. only those participants having fully paid their registration fees will be entitled to participate in APAITO 2018.

Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment of the registration fee. Please presents the confirmation email at the Registration Desk for admission on conference days.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat by the respective deadlines. A 50% administrative charge on the registration fee will be deducted from your refund on cancellations made on or before April 15, 2018. A 90% administrative charge on the registration fee will be deducted from your refund on cancellations made after April 15, 2018 up until June 1, 2018. APAITO 2018 will not refund cancellations received after June 1, 2018. All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conference.


Name Changes and Change of Registration category will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.


No refund of registration fee will be arranged for any uncompleted conference activities due to bad weather.


All Registration Fees are non-transferable.
